The Process:
Each prospective member firm is classified according to a major and a minor as established by our Corporate organization.
The Board of Directors approves the proposed posting The firm information with its proposed major and minor is posted to the membership.

Member firms have the opportunity to object to the posting. If an objection is properly filed with the President, action on the posting will be taken by the Board of Directors.

Each member firm is regarded as a leader in its field.

Classifications:
The Purpose of our classification system is to limit the number of competing firms in a field. In some major classifications, the member firms are not concerned about competing member firms and do not object to posting of other firms in their field. In other areas, our member firms hold very strictly to the standard of no competition within the Chapter.
We encourage all firms to apply and will give carefully consideration to all applications.

Representatives are asked to participate in the Chapter beyond attending the Chapter meetings by serving on the operational committees of the Chapter.
